Gubernatorial primary candidate
and former Secretary of State, Karen Handel, will be the featured speaker at the City Club of Buckhead on April 22nd. We will
also be hosting a cocktail reception and dinner for Karen on June 10th at the City Club . Invitations to both will go out
shortly. We clearly see in Karen the strongest advocate for entrepreneurs and investors in Georgia, and applaud her comprehensive
program to attract and foster new business growth in our State.
Welcome GAIN - Georgia Investor Network
We announced at the March meeting the angel organization GAIN. A new resource for entrepreneurs and investors
alike, GAIN can assist both with their capital and investment goals.
ATDC Launches SeedSpace
The Atlanta Technology Development Center has launched SeedSpace as an incubator for technology startups. ATDC
announced the incubator would be located at Georgia Tech, and would provide entrepreneurs with work space, ATDC mentoring

North Fulton Business Accelerator
Alan Urech had previously announced the formation of the North Fulton Business Accelerator to assist
emerging businesses with technology transfer, office space, financial consulting, business plan preparation and fundraising.
